have seen this done before, but have just thrown this together today - it'll be for my lad. this is the back wheel i got ages ago from you mark :D

everything seems in working order but due to the flat/ruined and perished back tyre i couldn't fully test it out

going to let my lad decide whether we repaint it or keep it in original yellow, did a little tcut test and it comes out quite shiny,
although its pretty scratched up.

going to need to get at least one replacement tyre, although i'm expecting the front to be about the same as the rear, ie knackered! have to work out some kind of chainguard also, don't want any oily legs or clothes

think the lad's happy to keep it yellow :D so could well be interested in some repro stickers mate! ! sure they used to be on the ebay for £5 a go :?

don't suppose you've got any spare boxer tyres at all? anything the right size would do, the lad test rode it round the back garden with the rear tyre flat!

Ooh that one was bad  , just got back from a day trip to Butlins, Bognor Regis (would never go again) they have those four wheeled four seater bikes, 16" fronts and 20" rear wheels, there must be at least 30 of the things and they all have 16" Super Grips     no wonder there's never many NOS, Billy Butlins bought the lot :x
