Not sure whether the wash/wipe was an optional extra back in 82? my 85 has it, there's no rear seat belts or holes for them either. :?

Yep, the interior is great, this is the second Ghia ive had with brown interior and this one is mint, completely original and so retro I cant touch it, I changed my '85 to grey recaro but will leave this one as is. The front and rear valance and whole underside of the car were treated back in the day to a non corrosive treatment, fortunately this now flakes off for a good T Cut and polish :P

This is my '85 daily driver now for 5 years, she could do with a tidy up, never had a breakdown in an Escort, ive had around 10 :geek:
